This morning at work I got a craving for piccalilli and of course you can’t have piccalilli without a ham sandwich or pork pie.
So with that in mind, pork pie, gala pie, piccalilli and a pint of Guinness Dublin Porter.
Also the neighbour has a new van. A Ford Transit Courier, smaller than the Transit Connect and bigger than the Fiesta van.
I quite like it. Not that much smaller than a Connect but better looking than a Connect I think.

I assume that it is pork pie in the picture with the egg in it or is that the gala pie? Looks good.

Pork pie on the left, Gala pie (pork pie with an egg) on the right and really tangy piccalilli in front. I've not had piccalilli in years and it's gooood.

Thanks. The 2 pies look really good. I only know Piccalilli from eating Chicago Dogs. But that is a different blend altogether.

Who knew that cauliflower, onions, gherkins and a mustard sauce could taste so good.
I was tempted to go a pork pie with extra jelly. Pies and pasties, fantastic food.

WTF is Piccalilli?

It’s cauliflower, small pickled onions and gherkins (all cut quite small) with some spirit vinegar, cornflour and mustard.
Works great on pastrami too.

It doesn't sound right but it really does work well (not sure why it has cauliflower but hey). Think of it as a smooth mustard with onions and gherkins (yes and small bits of cauliflower).

Damn, wish we had the Courier in the US.
And the B-Max.
And a gas/diesel C-Max (though I don’t mind the hybrid/electric options, maybe Ford would sell more as non-hybrids).
And the S-Max. And Galaxy. And Ranger, Everest, Falcon, Torino, FoST wagon, Fusion/Mondeo wagon, Ka, and Territory.
Because options.

Lol. I think you forgot about the Ford Fiesta van.
The van range starts with the Fiesta van (above) then the Ford Transit Courier, Connect, Custom and Transit.
I rather like the Custom. Comes in four versions for regular van (two lengths and each having two heights), then twin cab and Tourneo (essentially a minibus).
Also a Sport van.
You also forgot the Vignale range (luxury Fords), starting with the Mondeo/Fusion and rumoured to be the Galaxy or S-Max next.

I honestly didn’t know about the Fiesta van, I thought you meant the B-Max!
I remembered the Vignale, but Lincoln needs to move itself more upmarket before Ford has even nicer versions to step on its toes. Save for the push-button transmission and styling, there's little to differentiate a Fusion/Mondeo Titanium from a Lincoln MKZ.
